This Privacy Policy explains how The Flying Code ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit this website and when you use Travel ERP. Last updated: October 2026.

Demo and contact requests: your name, work email, company, country, business type, team size and any message you send.
Account information: if you use Travel ERP, the details your organisation provides for its users, such as name, email, mobile number and role.
Usage and technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages or actions used, for security and reliability.

2. Your customers' data inside Travel ERP

When a travel company uses Travel ERP, it enters its own customers' and travellers' information (which may include passport and visa details). In that case the travel company is responsible for that data and decides how it is used; we process it on the company's behalf to provide the service. Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's.

3. How we use information

To respond to demo requests and provide the service.
To secure, maintain and improve Travel ERP.
To send service-related messages such as verification codes and notifications.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (for example hosting and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@theflyingtravel.com. If your data is held inside a travel company's Travel ERP workspace, please contact that company directly.
